Overview

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. For more information, please visit: http://www.clintonhealthaccess.org

CHAI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and is committed to providing an environment of fairness, and mutual respect where all applicants have access to equal employment opportunities. CHAI values diversity and inclusion and recognizes that our mission is best advanced by the leadership and contributions of people with diverse experience, backgrounds, and culture.

CHAI’s employees currently work in over 30 countries around the world and are supported by both country and global human resources (HR) partners. CHAI’s Global HR team follows a regional model, with many team members sitting in program country offices.

CHAI’s global compensation framework was implemented in 2014 to support CHAI’s mission by enabling teams to attract and retain highly qualified people. In this project, we aim to collect and analyze updated job descriptions from at least 70% of the organization. The output from the project will be used as a foundation of the career ladder updates to come in 2025. This is critical to the employment lifecycle because all related HR activities such as: recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and compensation rely on the accuracy of the job documentation.

CHAI is seeking a short-term Associate, Global Compensation Special Projects to support completion of CHAI’s job description collection and analysis project. This role will provide crucial administrative, data entry and analytical support for our ongoing job description project. This involves tracking incoming job descriptions and templates, following up with manager inquiries, and participating in research related to job description queries. It will also support analysis of the job descriptions across the organization for consistency in leveling, scope, etc.

The team is open to base locations in other countries where CHAI operates and pending country team leadership approval.
